Is Our Country Becoming Laid-Back About Drugs?

Recently in The Independent newspaper I read that British drug laws could be changing to decriminalise currently illegal drugs in UK. It is argued that this could be to "silence" those who are involved drug industry with their battle for legalising drugs, but also to reduce the amount of effort the government and police have to put in to prevent the use of drugs and drug related crime.

This argument is simply to benefit the Conservative Government and it shows they are a political party that predominantly care about themselves, rather than British Citizens. As a result, I believe Britain need to fight back harder and stronger than ever before to keep our country a safe country. A country that can be relied on. A country that is drug free.
